She’s absolutely correct. I switched to whole foods(no processed foods at all)Just started lightly exercising for 20 mins a day,sometimes skipping a day. You just have to tell yourself that it’s a responsibility like having to pay the electric bill. anyway, The weight loss was subtle during the first 2 weeks,then the weight just fell away. I’ve lost 60 pounds, and have no desire for all of that bad stuff I used to eat.

not everybody has money for healthy food shit i dont even got money to eat ive lost 3 lbs this week from that alone!
