i dont think this guy knows what the fuck he is talkin about. the bicep is a small muscle and you should work it after larger muscles like chest for example.

anyone heard of max rep? like certain weight and do like 25 to 30 rep til failure then move on to the next excercise instead of 3 set of 15 and such , what is the benefit of that?

He is knowledgeable, he just needs to make his videos entertaining. Posting a still of a Photoshopped bodybuilder as the cover doesnt help with the deceit used to get you to watch. People don’t relate to that much verbosity without a good visual…. talks too fast for most. No public speaking here…

Thats completely wrong dude..Squats and deadlifts are both for lower body muscles..if you want big biceps, you better do curls.
