what other exercise could you do if you don’t have a resistance band for the 2nd exercise???

Lmao. Yeah, I started the work out. I just do it with air, cause I’m just that impressive and strong.
But most times I skip it, seeing as how my thighs are going to burn the food I eat much faster than my tiny arms.
If you are looking for abs exercises to sub in, you could do planks, or Thinking Position, which is basicly push up position on your elbows, followed by switch to one arm where one side of your body is parallel to the ground, which your feet stacked, and the unused arm’s hand on your hip, holding each of these positions straight and without resting for 30 seconds to a minute is a very extreme ab workout that will also burn tons of calories.
Honestly, who actually does those workouts? They look ridiculous! I’m going to look like a fool doing those! Fucking this guys embarrassing.

was 24-30 reps of each 4 times?
does that seriously burn 500 calories??
So, if I’ve got this correct;
The cone thing 24-30 times, then the stretch band 15 times on each side, the squat press 15 times and the mountain climbers for 30 second. And then they start over again doing every exercise a total of 4 times each making it 16 sets total?
Also, anyone know a good substitute for the stretch band because I don’t have any at home and my gym have none either, they have a band which is quite similar that you attach weights too but it’s not strecthy. Please help

ok this summer im going to try and reach towards my goal weight..i dont think im doing it for the right reasons either :wanna look good for HS, boy i like..wanna be an actress..oh and fit hollywoods standards of beauty..blah-blah..oh well…and if working out and crap doesnt work out for my im going to go the easy LA way when i grow up: a lot of various surgery’s…i know it sounds bad..but come on, it is what it is…and plus i honestly cannot live without a double-double from IN-N-OUT =/

gosh it’s not in 3 min. it takes a lot of time. she is just showing HOW TO DO IT. not doing all of it. it takes like 1h to do all those stuff 4 times..
