Ok, but you got to go to the gym, not just for abs, most of the peopole are looking at just one isolated variable when this is not the most important thing when it comes to health and fitness! so going to the gym and working other muscle groups is critical! But, how do we add rezistance to thouse scoot?? A hand or leg strap attached to a cable or such?
