Workout Days

Each Mode Workouts program (Program A, Program B, and Program C) includes 3 different workouts, meant to be done on different days, with at least 48 hours between workouts. The most common way to structure this is as follows:

Workout #1 : Monday
Workout #2 : Wednesday
Workout #3 : Friday

Hey Anerl, cool videos, they really help, can you tell, what body fat pecentage do I need to see my abs really good, I can only see like 4 and I got a big roll right below them LOL but seriously if U can help out I’ll apreciate that!!.

Protein is the building block of muscle, they teach you that on High School, so get some cleam protein, I like Optium whey, but don’t over do it, protein it self does not built muscle.
YEAH food is a big factor like 80% of the equation.
