Except if you’re fat you have significantly more fat than muscle. And when you’re active, you have lots of muscle, but that doesn’t weigh much compared to much greater amount of fat a person may have.

Just so you know Joker, this won’t slim down anything, it will only build muscle. It is impossible to remove fat from a specific area of your body by doing certain exercises, you can only “slim down” by burning calories and you won’t get to choose where, building muscle does help greatly by raising your metabolism to burn more calories.
