You’ll most likely only gain a lot of muscle if you are taking a good amount of whey protein with your diet but otherwise you should not see buff results unless you really focus on this exercise. In any case you can do this, notice some toning in your arms, reach desired weight and then when you stop exercising the muscle will tone back down. Weight resistance training is also very good for slimming down w/o building up.
Btw, not claiming to be an expert but as a female this has been my experience and also, great vids.

women do not have as much testosterone as men, so they do not develop muscles in the same way that men do
Women never get too buff unless they are pro athletes or on steroids, and they have to train for hours at a time
