all you essentially need to do more than anything is increase your calories throughout the course of the day. the best way to do this is try to fit in 5-7 small meals per day, each consisting of lots of protein and carbs, eat lots of lean meats eg chicken (being the best), eggs beef liver and even peanut butter! – these are your protein-rich foods, and eat plenty of wholemeal bread/rice/pasta/potatoes for your carbs-rich foods.fruits and veg also.

Really poor quality video. Loose the writing on the screen. Don’t let your back get so concave when you’re doing the incline pushups.
Get motivated? thats what i had to do anyway.
you’ll never do the exercises without trying…for a beginner, break the exercises down. like try shoulder press n bw squat seperately. when your good at both combine em…same as the other excercises

I do the single arm squat press quite regularly now. It’s a great movement which I believe has helped me with my regular squats quite a bit!
