doing these workouts may not help you get “marked muscles” if you are 250 pounds but they will definite become more toned and bigger which in turn helps you burn more calories and fat because you have more muscle. And i have seen people who are 300 lbs with definied muscle. It’s all about commitment.

u need a pentle pen and draw an abs to your stomach.. that was artificial abs.. cheap but useless..
this is just a abs workout. not to burn that much calorie’s. he have other video’s with tips fore that.

Trust me on this: Do these 3 times every second day, and do em in a row. i mean when your done the first time, do it again, and same with the third. Do every single exercise for 45 sec, and give all u got! then go and do interval training. Sprint for 40 sek, and powerwalk for 20, and do that 6 times

First of all you MUST do cardio(mostly running and cycling), secondly you should try to have a healthy nutrition(the most fundamental of all) and lastly you can do leg exercises(squats lunges step ups lateral lunges…….)
