thank you very much for these wonderful exercises!!!!
It really works and I can feel my eye flexing during the hot dog technique! 5/5!

EyesProtector just has such exersise. it is why I am going to add your exercises.

prairie76 May 18, 2009 at 8:16 am

yes – that’s what I first noticed too – the sensation of my eye muscles ‘flexing’ – immensely relaxing

prairie76 May 18, 2009 at 8:21 am

sounds like vitreous detachment?

killkill999flipside May 26, 2009 at 4:26 pm

this eye excersise hurts my eyes. is it because its out of shape or is it that i shouldn’t do this?

prairie76 May 27, 2009 at 6:44 am

you are straining – relax!

I have the same experience. If I do stare the hot dog for like 10 seconds, the tears bawl out of my eyes like crazy. I think the tear is the sign that this is an effective exercise.

sistatenzle June 9, 2009 at 10:02 pm

this guy would make a really good actor, like in Sci-Fi movies and stuff

EnglishKeenan June 15, 2009 at 10:01 pm

Thank you this was excellent! My eyes feel much so better – But I still feel a little bit of strain should I continue till it’s completely fixed or give it time?

acumannec June 16, 2009 at 3:51 pm

These eye exercises can help maintain healthy vision, and even help improve eyesight as well.

I have a question – I have glasses – 0,5 because of using a lot of computer. Will those exercises help me to get my vision back to normal ?

nicolejj2483 June 19, 2009 at 10:19 am

Does this really work?

prairie76 June 19, 2009 at 10:28 am

well, I’m on the computer all day – and when I remember to do them it makes a huge difference in my fatigue level. sometimes I can even feel the muscles sort of stretching or something.

1almaz3 June 20, 2009 at 8:25 am

I”ll try that exercise

wasilqayyum June 28, 2009 at 3:05 pm

should i do the exercise with or without glasses?

secondly, can i do the hot dog exercise as many time as i wish or just as stated in the video.

acumannec June 30, 2009 at 12:17 pm

Preferably without glasses. You certainly can do the eye exercises more times than discussed on the video.

acumannec June 30, 2009 at 12:23 pm

Read some if the other responses here and you will see that many people feel the eye exercises are helping. Eye exercises have been around for possibly thousands of years, practiced in China. Dr. Bates (Bates Method) was a big factor as early as the 1890’s in expanding the use of eye exercises for vision improvement in this Country.
