This is great – but when you do the “frog” you say “like we’re holding a penny in between our knees” when in fact, its between your heels. :(

when i do it on my side my hips hurt! is there something wrong with what im doing?

She means when you extend your legs, and squeeze your knees together. Not when your legs are opened. :)

I just started this routine two days ago. I’ve done it twice and I really enjoy it. It burns but not so much that it’s unbearable. It’s perfect! Thanks for this!

are your hips and legs stacked? and your whole body in a straight line?
if they are then maybe it’s just your floor’s hard

Not sure what you mean about the first question, cause i am in a straight line? But yeah! I do it on hard floor, maybe thats the reason Lol. Thanks

My hips even hurt when I’m on a mat, and sometimes I shake a bit, maybe its because Im not used to the routine yet? Help :(
