This is great – but when you do the “frog” you say “like we’re holding a penny in between our knees” when in fact, its between your heels.
how many times a week or day do you have to do this pilates routine?

when i do it on my side my hips hurt! is there something wrong with what im doing?
She means when you extend your legs, and squeeze your knees together. Not when your legs are opened.

At like 7.09 my hips really hurt! Whats wrong!
I just started this routine two days ago. I’ve done it twice and I really enjoy it. It burns but not so much that it’s unbearable. It’s perfect! Thanks for this!
are your hips and legs stacked? and your whole body in a straight line?
if they are then maybe it’s just your floor’s hard
Not sure what you mean about the first question, cause i am in a straight line? But yeah! I do it on hard floor, maybe thats the reason Lol. Thanks
xlaurenc your hips might be hurting coz your not doing it on carpet or a pilates mat…..
My hips even hurt when I’m on a mat, and sometimes I shake a bit, maybe its because Im not used to the routine yet? Help
