dont do reps.. do different types of ab excersizes and do it and best and as much as you can in a certain amount of time(like a minute) then keep doing this with about 3-5 different abs excersizes.

this is what football players do.

we have abs.

it hurts like fuck.

but we have them.

Hi, you can’t target just 1 part of your body like that. You have to do cardio and eat healthy as you might know, to lose bodyfat, but there are no ways to lose fat in 1 certain place. Hope you understand this.

Ya for abs do as much as you can not like 10 20 or 30, just do all u can untill u cant no more, same with push ups

well here is my workout and i have a 6-pac working on an 8-pac… mind you i do other stuff as well.
Planks- 30sec
Crunches-30
Side Crunch-30 (Left and Right)
Bicycles-60 (30 Each Leg)
6-Inches- 30sec
Criss Cross Legs- 30
Leg Lifts- 5
I’ve been doing this since my sophomore year in high school so it will take time but it is worth it… my girl can’t keep her hands off me, neither can any other girls.

well i need help.. my fats in the stomach .. well i am skinny(not that skinny but i have some “fats”)
i am doing workouts to get a six pec. well in the morning my stomach was flat and i could see the shape.how do i acctuly burn the fats in the stomach

like my left side of my abs is much bigger then the right.. how do i get them evenly matched…
