cardio…a good way is swimming but if you can’t access a pool or ocean go for a run

go to a treadmill and run, or you know run out side, but run!!! the treadmill is better actually because it has the fat burn setting, but thats really what you have to do, anything to do with cardio is good, but running is specially better. Hope it helps =P

so do i have to do this rutine everyday? oh and were you only doing a small version? (like should i do more of each exercise) or is it the whole rutine?

For everyone that keeps asking questions about how and when to do this exercise ill try answering a few of em… This is one whole exercise that you should do once a day and 3 days a week (every other day in order for ur muscles to recover/heal) Muscles grow during the days ur resting…and do cardio! Cardio is great for burning off fat and calories and will help u alot!!! Hope i helped!!!!

im 5′ 11″ and 171 lbs.
im in decent shape and my abs are starting to get the cut. what are the best exercises to get a sixpack? and how can i increase my metabolism?
