Well,… we purchased a Bowflex recently and it’s outstanding. There is nothing you can’t do.
.love the tricep press the best, oh and the bench press, lat pull downs ………..etc etc…

I have owned a Bowflex Ultimate since 2002. I use it almost every day. It is a easy to use machine. It is expensive and there are cheaper ways to go. Much cheaper. If you are willing to spend the money you will love this machine. It is convenient and you can duplicate any exercise that is in a commercial gym in the privacy of your own home. I love mine and have never regretted buying it. Your results will equal your commitment. Bowflex home gyms are everything they claim they are.
